Bring AI into recruitment operations with clear boundaries

Start with useful everyday tasks, permission controls and human review.

See it in Rekro ↗
01

Choose tasks you can check

Start with record summaries, finding relevant information and drafting internal notes or follow-up messages. These tasks have a clear input and an output that a recruiter can review. Avoid treating an AI-generated summary as a substitute for checking the underlying record.

02

Match access to the person using it

An assistant should work within the user’s existing permissions. In Rekro, Simon’s tools are restricted by user permissions and organisation policy. A read-only configuration is useful while the team learns how to work with the assistant.

03

Make changes deliberate

Before enabling record actions, decide which changes are appropriate and which require confirmation. Trial a small set of representative tasks and review the results with the people responsible for the records.

  • Start with search and summarisation
  • Review drafts before sending
  • Configure record-action permissions
  • Check changes against the source
04

Keep recruitment decisions accountable

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. People should review the evidence, consider the context and remain responsible for decisions that affect candidates. Simon supports operational work; a fluent answer should never be mistaken for a verified assessment of a person.
