The situation
In this fictional scenario, an agency is preparing a contractor for a new assignment. The contractor is away from a desk, the compliance reviewer needs evidence against specific requirements and the client will later approve hours. This is an illustrative workflow, not a customer testimonial or measured result.
A clear request on the phone
The contractor opens the agency’s compliance case and sees the outstanding tasks. They provide the requested documents using the available upload or live-capture route. A camera step is used only where enabled and available; an alternative route can be discussed with the agency.
A reviewer makes the decision
The reviewer assesses the supplied evidence in the agency workspace and records the outcome. Missing information is followed up against the relevant requirement. The contractor’s submission does not automatically clear the placement, and camera capture does not certify identity.
The assignment moves into the working week
Once the agency has completed its required checks and the eligible contract assignment is active, the contractor can manage the relevant timesheet on their phone. An authorised client reviews the submission, keeping hours and approval connected to the assignment.
Updates stay close to the work
Shared notes and replies give the contractor a place to follow the conversation. Relevant information refreshes in the active app when a live update arrives. The agency can review the evidence and timesheet history in the connected platform.
What to evaluate in your demo
Bring a typical compliance case and a weekly timesheet. Ask to see the candidate’s view, the reviewer’s decision and the client’s approval. Confirm mobile rollout availability and support, then measure your own completion and follow-up patterns rather than assuming a promised saving.
